The Spring Commercial Subscription comes with a host of benefits, including your exclusive access to an artifact repository. This repository is your single source for Spring commercially supported releases of your favorite projects. To start benefiting from these updates, follow the simple steps below and stay connected to the quarterly advancements we roll out.

Accessing your private artifact repository

1. Create a Customer Connect account

If you don’t have a Customer Connect account, you need to create one. This account is key to initiating the onboarding process and allows you access to the gateway of your TSR subscription.

2. Become a Tanzu contact

Follow the outlined process to become a Tanzu contact, which enables you to create support requests. This step ensures that you have the necessary credentials to access and benefit from the Spring Commercial Subscription artifact repository.

3. Assign as Tanzu Spring Runtime (TSR) technical contact

Make sure that your user account is assigned as an entitled TSR technical contact. This designation grants you the privilege to open Tanzu support cases and confirms your access to the Spring Commercial Subscription.

4. Automatic onboarding

Once you’ve completed the steps above, the magic happens! You’ll automatically be onboarded to the Spring Commercial Subscription for repository access. You will also receive a welcome email sent to the Tanzu Community Group site. It’s that simple.
